I cut her out and fit her into a fake silver platter that I got from the dollar store. I painted it black and added gold to the raised pattern. I also added gold ball chain to the edges. I made a flower with fabric petals, antique hymnal pages and a rhinestone. I wasn't sure if it belonged anywhere on the piece but took a few pictures to see how it looks. Still not sure!
Angela - I love how this project is progressing. Absolutely beautiful. The handmade flower is gorgeous. I like how you have it placed in her hair. This is like a good book - I can't wait to get to the next chapter.
