My Raphael


 
So I decided to start practicing drawing bodies. I thought this drawing by Raphael would be fun to try. I decided to change him to a woman. Well do you see those freaky little arms I drew? Yeah they are special! I decided to color over and add a shirt. I guess I will have to try again. I don't even want you to see the scariness that is her lower half!

    This looks large than some of the pieces you have previously drawn. How big is this portrait? I like the blouse you added. I know what you mean about freakish parts. I have had some pretty crazy "limbs" too.

    It is 5 x 7. It cracks me up when I draw bodies. They look so ridiculous!

    I think this is great. Scratch the ridiculous adjective. Remember the lips I was trying to get right on my drawing? I really appreciated your tips. I need to keep sketching, but at the moment have been stamping :0)
